Before your exam DO:

• Drink Plenty of water
  
• Take all your prescriptions
  
• Make a list of prescribed medications
  
• Gather relevant medical records
  

               -Blood Tests

               -Sleep Studies

               -Vision/Hearing Tests if relevant

               -Names and numbers of treating physicians

• Bring your old D.O.T. medical certificate
  

Before your exam DO NOT:

• Drink a lot of coffee or other caffeinated beverages
  
• Stop taking your prescription medication
  

During your exam:

• Be honest with the Doctor.  Lying on your intake forms or during the exam can result in a fail
  
• There will be a mandatory urinalysis.  This is not a drug test.
  
• Your blood pressure should be below 140/90
